This notice explains what limited data this website handles, the cookies it uses, and your rights. It's written to be read, not endured.

This website is operated by Zephyr Venturecraft Ltd ("we", "us"), the independent consulting practice of Dr Joe Healey. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through this site. We are registered in England & Wales (company no. 17298267), with a registered office at 42 Goggbridge Lane, Warwick, CV34 6JE.
This is a simple, static brochure website. It has no accounts, no login, and no contact forms, so we don't collect names, emails, or messages through it. The only personal data involved is (a) anonymous-ish usage statistics from Google Analytics, which run only if you accept cookies, and (b) standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider. That's it.
We don't set any non-essential cookies until you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is never loaded.
If you accept, Google Analytics (GA4) sets cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_<id>) to help us understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. These may persist for up to two years. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is processed on our behalf by:
Both are based in the United States, so some data may be transferred outside the UK. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (for example, the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
We don't store personal data ourselves. Analytics data is retained by Google in line with our Google Analytics retention settings (no longer than 14 months). Hosting logs are kept by GitHub according to their own policies.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct or erase it; restrict or object to its processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to us at the registered office above, or reach out via LinkedIn.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We may update this notice from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
